The Rochester Athletic Club is great, the app, not so much

The app is prone to glitches that ultimately can completely lock the user out of the RAC’s system for making reservations.
For example, today, I tried to reserve a spot for outdoor pickleball open play, but the app incorrectly showed me what appeared to be an exercise class instead of what I was trying to sign up for. After what seemed like 15-20 minutes on the phone with the RAC’s activities desk, we confirmed that there was a problem with the app. I was told to delete the app and then re-load the app. After I did this, the app completely locked me out of the system for making reservations at the RAC, despite the fact that I was meticulous in making sure I had entered the correct login information. After a couple more phone calls, I was told that this could not be fixed for at least 15 hours or more. So, now the app has locked me out of the system for making reservations at the RAC and, to make matters worse, I was told that outdoor open play pickleball reservations can only be done through the app. This is not the first time the app has locked me out of their system.
To be clear, I am critical of the app, not the RAC itself.
I can think of no other app that periodically locks me out. The performance of the RAC’s app is completely unacceptable.

Just rejoined the RAC after a one year hiatus ... Wow your staff is the greatest from the front desk to Chad in membership to Doug in the locker room to the staff on the floor !!! Everyone is so nice and friendly just makes you feel good walking in the door !! Thank you what a great business, God Bless and love you guys !!
