To whom it may concern…. My name is Humberto P. I went to one of your locations in san Antonio Tx. When initially sign up . I said to the rep. That I only was going to be doing it for three months. That’s what I had payed for, that’s all. Now time has passed. I get a call that I owe after I had payed for those three months upfront. Now I’m getting a call from Aldous and Associates for collections $155…. After we agreed upon 3 month period. No more than that. I must dispute this due to negligence and miscommunication on employee that didn’t honor what I specifically said.. I must be told also by this law firm that credit will effected by this due someone’s negligence. After I said don’t take out of my account. Once three months expired. Just plain garbage

Don’t know why they bothered making us change apps when I can’t even login. Tried resetting my password, but just end up receiving you guessed it nothing. Now I have to keep bothering staff with my phone number just gets annoying having to constantly do this till a solution is found. What a terrible app experience.

I can sign in on the website but can’t get in the app. It doesn’t recognize my username or password and the reset option doesn’t send an email. Currently, the app is trash.
