Force Stop the TEC App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click TEC app. » click "Force Stop".

1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "TEC app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch TEC.

Click TEC » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
