App gave an error When I clocked out when I was on location I tried clocking out several times and it would not go through and I’ve tried to do so for the past several days and this is another attempt to do so So my hours are March 16th 5pm to 2am 9 hours March 17th 7 pm to 1 am. 6 hours That’s a total of 15 hrs that were issuing for my last pay period Thank you for time in handling this issue have a great day
I am having trouble with the clocking in and clocking out even though I clocked in and clocked out on location with the correct time that’s not what showed up on the app it did something completely different and said that I was not on location on one particular night I worked it has me clock in and clock out at the exact same time. Because I noticed these errors a day after when I went to correct it it says location mismatch. Than gives an error about the time can’t be before the clock in time and won’t let me clock out.
Got a message this morning that i need to update to a new version. Tried that and there is not update available.
