I should av listen to my friend and the review. All my years in cryptocurrencies this is the most worse and weak app I came across sending out btc is impossible it will take days that’s if you send countless email to the customer care which they take a whole day to reply. PLEASE NEW PEOPLE SHOULD STAY CLEAR THANKS.

Seems the exchange feature is not working?
Very easy to purchase token with your debit/credit card but almost impossible to withdraw to another wallet. They come up with all sort of documentation proof and even when provided, they still hold on to your funds to prevent it from leaving their exchange. They rarely reply emails on schedule and they don’t have any contact phone number and it’s very difficult securing an audience with the customer care very unhelpful and rude at times. Don’t loose your money.... don’t patronize this app.com
I've only tried with Bitcoin but it tells me the US is a prohibited country
