They are really useless

They don't know the any think about the Usa they are working outside country. They never sand open bill. Don't know bought the load for the broker. They constantly give you trouble when they should be taking care of you. They keep each load where you left it for at least two days. They keep calling you to make it seem like they're always busy, but they never call back. Never, ever work with such companies.

Very slow even if we got it updated slow to upload pics slow to send notification about current location
Always dispatchers ask us the update our location in the app , and the app it’s our on , I don’t like it at all
Hopefully you guys read my comment and put us on another chatting app

This app is a joke. I really wonder if devs are aware of how does the whole process of any software development works. Or is it a one man show? In any case you guys have to accept the help when you’re offered, otherwise it is a shame! Support is as bad as the app itself.
I wish we had other options…
