This service is horrible. Stay away at all costs. Everything worked great for a few months. About a week ago, my account suddenly showed a notification that it was “pending liquidation” after I had made no such request. It instructed me to “contact support” if I had questions, so I did. I received a generic reply that it was an “internal error and we’re working on fixing it.” The next day, my account shows $0 balance - no transaction history showing that shares have been sold, no transfer history saying that money has been withdrawn. Fast forward to a week later, my account still shows $0 balance, nothing has been fixed, and each time I email support, I’m given the same generic reply that “we’re working on fixing this right away. Rest assured your funds are still invested.” I have even emailed asking very specific questions like, “can you tell me when/how I can get my funds transferred back to my bank account and cancel my account?” Each time, these questions are completely avoided. There is no phone number to call and talk to a representative. It’s insane, like they’re holding my funds hostage and not allowing me access by claiming an “internal error”. I just want my money back. If there’s really an internal error affecting your customers’ ability to maintain their own investment accounts, you should not be taking over a week to fix it.

I never write reviews! However, I was so disappointed with this app, I had to write something with the hope to save others from wasting their time and money. This app is a great concept! Initially, i invested $200 a week to get the feel of the app. When I reached $3,000, I wanted to see how simple it would be to gain access to my funds. It took over a month with multiple issues and poor communication. My account was frozen for no apparent reason. Even when I cancel the service another withdrawal was made. You will never talk to anyone, just multiple emails. I’m glad I didn’t invest what I had planned to. I have never been so disgusted with service. I’m disappointed and that’s very difficult to make happen because I try to see the best in everything.

I recently opened an account with this app. The app is not very user friendly in setting up the goals. I inadvertently set two goals. In an attempt to remove. This resulted in more money getting transferred to this app than planned.
In my attempts to prevent that transfer, not sure what I did, but the next time I logged on it said “Frozen Account”. There is no number to call to resolve this issue, getting very sporadic to no help to efficiently resolve this matter. I am getting worried that I am now 2nd guessing my decision to go with this app.
