Why when trying to set up it asked for favorite color game movie etc…. To me it looks kinda sketchy

Every single time I want to use TXBRewards I have to log in, with texted security codes. Every single time after logging in to view anything, I have to log in with texted codes. Again.
To view anything away from the Home Screen, you guessed it. Log in AGAIN with texted codes. Takes you 10 minutes to simply view coupons they sent you.
Save yourself tons of headaches and just use any other app.

When I attempt to create account there is no where for me to put in email

Txb all you have to do to be perfect is fix your app it’s too hard to login I made multiple emails and nothing works

I’ve tried resetting my password multiple times but TXBRewards won’t let me login, keeps returning an error. This is too frustrating.

The enrollment process was so tedious, elaborate, and frustrating, that I’ve decided to shop elsewhere primarily, and pay full price on the rare times I visit after today.

TXBRewards gets to the third page to complete, but you have to have a physical card to register because there is no skip button as stated in the directions.

Only lets me log in about a quarter of the days I try to use it, the rest of the time it gives me a login error. There are other minor inconveniences once in TXBRewards but that’s only if you can get into your account in the first place

Got my card linked to bank account but now for no reason it’s not really linked? Called representative and they don’t know anything or why and can’t help. Every time I come to the pump I cannot use TXBRewards to even link gas purchase for loyalty. I can only use app for inside store.

This is the fourth time this week that TXBRewards will not open. I was told to turn off my phone and let it reset. I did numerous times. I was told to delete it and reinstall it. I did. Numerous times.
This is a weekly occurrence. You try to call the main number and no response.

This is one of the most cantankerous apps that I have dealt with. The password and security features do not allow for quick access. The Face ID and other automated ways to connect to TXBRewards do not work. If you walk in the store it is almost impossible to get TXBRewards to open. TXBRewards is a huge frustration point.

TXBRewards worked fine for a month then it no longer will open. Uninstalled many times and downloaded again many times with the same issue. Booted the iPhone many times also and reset network settings hoping this would work. Nope!
My husbands app is still working on his phone at this time. I have sent info to Apple also looking for a fix.

The drinks need to be cheaper or at least cheaper with the TXB card again make things more reasonably priced make the rewards card save you money on each gallon every time you use it

Love the free rewards but I never know when app is going to have errors that will not allow me to log on. Lots of error messages and no updates

For the past 5 days my reward has only been a large fountain drink. I am not complaining that I get free stuff, but it’s rigged so I can’t get my Sour Patch Kids. I am sorry to do this, but I’m leaving a 2 star review.

If u don’t have data u can’t actually get the free scratch off stuff bc it will Expire before the 15 minutes is up and you can’t activate it there without data

Rewards don’t always load show up on my account. And sometimes even if they are there they won’t give you the item if it doesn’t auto credit. Plus the stores always run out of the reward and don’t offer an alternative item.

Stellar discounts. Pain to setup but worth it.

TXB rewards is where it’s at!! So nice to earn redeemable points for rewards and discounts in store and on gas. Highly recommend!

I am so glad that I came across TXB! I will not go to another gas station! Best coffee and service! Best rewards! I literally saved 0.50 a gallon from rewards!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!
