LBank - Buy Bitcoin & Crypto Reviews

I have lots my deposit and withdrawals on LBank, stay away folks. I transferred some ethereum and I haven’t received any at the time of writing this post.
My issue was eventually resolved within 4 hrs. Instead whack a somewhat neutral opinion on LBank.

The EOS deposit doesn’t work for only me apparently. Customer service only takes 45 mins to eventually appear in the chat feature, so that I can repeat the problem multiple times to eventually have them tell me to delete the Ap and “re-download” it.

So now it’s been 2 weeks. They do offer the very volatile, “moonshot” tokens that can make you a lot of money, or be potential rug-pulls, but their fees are so ridiculous. This is why I always use EOS to deposit funds, because it’s zero fee to transfer it from CoinBase… and this is why I suspect it “stopped” working for me. I’m really just tired of all the shadiness in the CryptoVerse. It’s bad enough we have to constantly worry about being compromised or hacked by actual thieves, it would be cool if we could at least trust the exchanges.

I just started here a week ago then the problem started , you set up the limit and using the stop limit to buy my coins then when has been triggered on the price that i was selected, the coins still for 4 days not available on my wallet and try to talk to customer service every day morning and evening , they seems scam and they don't help , they just telling you we filed report to technical support team , and no one get back to you even by email , and some of the customer service agent the don't respect you and you wait till your turn on the que , then they just say hi and they leave , they don't reply to your text or anything . That's the worst ever , and i am really worry about my money and I think should to transfer it to different exchange app

Stay away from this app. I transferred from CB wallet and paid eth fees. It was 71m short of the 2B saitama min so they told me to transfer another 71m. I did and then they said it had to be from cb. Not once during the text did they Vee mention it had to come from Coinbase. So now they want me to buy $100 eth for $7 saitama and pay all the fees from cb to transfer even more into this app. My family has 4 accounts total. Their customer service had me in tears and after seeing what I went through over this $127, we’re all closing our accounts in tandem. I guess this app will steal my original transfer because I will not be buying more eth just to pay $75 for a $7 transfer. I should have listened to the warnings from everyone telling me not to use these folks and I didn’t. So here I am warning you...they will steal your money.

The limit order options is not working on LBank , LBank is set to steal people’s money. I put a limit order, so that when it would reach a certain price, the trigger price is met but the order is still not either filled or sold. When it finally sells, it will steal all the profit. That’s very dishonest and shady. LBank need to be fair at all times not sometimes . Someone needs to be doing something about this. I want an answer from LBank ’s owner or the devs. Thank you

LBank is extremely user friendly. I can’t imagine trading or buying crypto anywhere else. Now all they need is bots to buy and sell for us.​     

This is one of my favorite apps out there. you can buy any coin on market order . you dont have to wait for a buyer to sell your crypto L Bank sells right away for you and gives you the money thats for all crypto .wow

LBank is clearly a copy/reskin of another larger exchange. Their service is absolutely terrible if you need any help. I asked them to send me a CSV file of my transactions for 2021 for tax purposes, and they responded and told me it would take at least a month to send me the report. They suggested I just take screenshots from their website, but only after I gave them a ton of information I wish I hadn’t…

They will take your deposit and never put it in your account. I have spoke to the same 6 representatives 10 times a piece in a month. Each one giving the same excuse. “Please patiently wait 3-5 more business days for deposit” every. Single. Time. Must be what they’re taught to say. Still have not received a large deposit after a month. Would NEVER recommend to my worst enemy.

this app is really amazing because it has a high level of security. Also, your funds are always safe with them. This makes me always feel safe whenever I'm trading on this app. Amazing job this app     ‍ 

I’ve been in the crypto industry since 2012 and I can confidently say that LBank is one of the easiest to use and is by far the cheapest and best place to purchase crypto with a card. ‍ ​    ​

I downloaded LBank because a YouTuber suggested it. I transferred my funds to LBank and now I have no funds. I tried messaging on LBank and waited in the queue twice. No answer on one and someone said just be patient on the other. I’m deleting and not suggesting LBank. I do have transcripts to prove everything I am saying.

I deposited money into LBank to Buy ETH over a mouth ago. Nothing shows up, customer support is non-existent, & there's no way you can get your money back after they steal it. I hate I put my information on LBank. They told me to reach out on telegram but nothing but a bunch of, "we'll look into it". Still out of $50

I am unable to transfer my assets off the exchange to put into a cold storage wallet. After contacting customer support multiple times I have not received a clear answer on why they are holding my assets or how long this will go on for. I currently have thousands of dollars being held hostage on this app. Avoid this exchange.

Good app for buying and sell as well as keeping good track of movements. Transfering out of this app into another wallet takes ridiculously long. Have not waited longer tranfering from any other wallet but this app takes centuries…. terrible

Very happy with LBank , so far, 2 weeks in. Lower fees than coinbase and more options on trading.   ‍ ​

LBank is great in investing in crypto. There own crypto called LBK is great in stacking which is another way in earning interest. Check them out.      

The dark/grey background for the dark mode which is my personal favorite, contrasts well against the gold outline of the icons, making visibility superb, as well as equally being soft to the eyes.
The red glow that for updates and "new adds" cannot be ignored, your eyes just go straight to them
The tabs are laid out well, and it looks attractive       ​ 

I like everything except the chart. You can barley see the latest candles because of the big price font being on top of the candles, also the dotted price line could be thinner. Looking for an ability to cancel all open orders all at once. Few issues with auto refresh on prices. Please fix these.      ‍

It is far more advanced in UX, functionality, and number of features just totally blow the others out of the water. Definitely see this company as one of if not the leading crypto with a viable (to say the least) product that we can use every day and that has legitimate advantages to traditional banks.   ‌ ‌  ‍

Found this app to be one of the best and easiest for swapping into different crypto’s! Recently made a mistake and thought all was lost. Contacted support team about it and they responded right away. Within a few days I had everything back! Highly Recommend them to anyone that asks.   ​     ​

this app although one of the recent crypto wallets created so far, it's has really thrived in the aspect of listing many different coins, so that people can have all their favorite coins in a single wallet, to reduce stress during trading. It's a really good trading crypto wallet that I can recommend to my friends and family .​‌   

this app is a very good exchange for cryptocurrencies trading as it has many advantages that other exchanges do not have. This is a very good platform that both the beginners and experienced traders should choose to buy and sell coins/tokens regardless of minor problems ‌ ​‍   

I've been using LBank for nine months and actually really like it. The fees are very reasonable, especially considering some of the other exchanges. I only had one issue (which was my fault) and they responded and I ended up getting my deposit. It's one of my favorite apps.​

It is a great way to send and receive money without the processing fee of the banks and intermediates. It has been extremely efficient for transactions. After the first identity verification, I believe it is the fastest way for the transactions.   ‌     

In terms of pop ups or notifications it would be lovely seeing our different languages rather than Chinese, makes it hard to grasp the message being passed    ​

I feel this app should have some workers inside the official group, cause sometimes informations are dropped that could change or advance the company. I know they have a team for strategic planning, then the next big idea could be any where. ​     

Best app for crypto, trading is easy and has lots of pairs and investing. People rating one star just don't know how to trade I guess like they're reviews don't make any sense. Never had any problems always works fine. ​
