I wanted to get screened for Coronavirus bc of the symptoms I had. They told me they couldn’t do that, that I had to go through a screening through the government listed number for my state. I did and was told that I screened negative for covid-19. So I requested again through 1800MD to be screened for a cold because I obviously have something. Everyone I request a consult I received a text message saying my request has been dropped. Awesome.

1800MDMember is useless and I’d give it 0 stars if I could. It’s a toss up whether or not you’ll be able to schedule a consult and actually access the service you’re subscribed to because 1800MDMember never works. I see that there have been reviews complaining about this for years and yet this company still has not addressed the issue? Come on!

1800MDMember is extremely frustrating! It took over two hours to book an appointment for my child and a few weeks later I wasn’t able even book an appointment via 1800MDMember . Time to update so subscribers can use this service when needed.

The medical service is fine if you are ever able to get to it as 1800MDMember functions so poorly. It’s slow and errors out with no feedback. There is also no other way to contact them.

Pretty sure this is the worst app I’ve ever used. So glitchy every single time you use it. Click on one thing sometimes it doesn’t go anywhere other times it takes you forward 5 steps. Just awful.

It takes you to a field to type but just freezes and have to exit completely out . It doesn't use the pharmacy that I've saved. Useless!

Every time I try to confirm my health history page, it tells me the “gender, height, and weight fields are required”. There is no “gender” field and the rest IS filled out!!

Able to log in on the computer but app will spin and never login

The screen goes white when I put in my credentials.

1800MDMember will not let you request a consultation.

Went through the process to request a consultation twice, once requesting by email the other by phone. Nothing happens when I hit the confirm button each time.
