I’ve tried several times to input my enrollee ID number as directed when I was activating my account and 2ndMD will not open up my keyboard when I tap in the input box for enrollee ID. I’ve deleted 2ndMD reinstalled it and it’s the same thing I’ve tried several times and none of them have worked.

I’ve submitted my request and got an email from a nurse telling me she tried calling me. Nothing on the caller ID, no voicemail.

When calling back, it always goes to voicemail. No call back yet.

Not something I would expect when the company charges $4,000 for the service (if your employer does not pay for it). I do not recommend.

While I was hesitant to go this digital route of a 2nd opinion, I’m very happy I continued with it. The RN staff kept me on course with signing over & obtaining medical records to share with the specialist I was able to choose. With a couple of phone calls with my RN, I felt she got a good “feel” for me and was able to suggest a specialist that had both a strong medical background and a wellness mindset, which was very important to me. His Accupuncture licensure clued me in to a Doctor with Eastern & Western approaches to medicine.

I would use this service again and I imagine this service becoming more popular

Better than going to a doctor office!!! Never feel rushed and the Dr is on time!! They are VERY specialized in the field you are having concerns or questions with. I will use this again hands down for second opinions and or concerns I may have regarding treatments.

I was hesitant when I first received their phone call, thinking it was another one of those scams. She talked and I listened asked a few questions which I answered. In no time I was set up with an amazing Dr.
I can’t say enough about the outstanding, caring and professional staff. The Dr they set my consult up with was totally awesome. My only wish is that there wasn’t so many miles between California and Wisconsin. Hopefully they do the same awesome job finding one closer to me. I really did enjoy my consult he gave excellent advice and options.

This is the new Standard of Care. Saved me time, money and found the specialist I needed fast. Where has this option been up until now?

Dr. Shriner started the video conference on time and was so very thorough and technical in her delivery. She packed a lot of information in our discussion and I felt confident in her recommendations. She also spent extra time to make sure I understood the care path recommended.

This is an excellent addition to any diagnosis you may receive. The compassion of the doctors and nurses are excellent. I learned far more about my health than was originally provided. It’s likely this benefit can save lives. Definitely recommend taking advantage of it.

My consultation was more informative and the Doctor was more patient friendly and had patience in general answering ALL of my questions than in my Doctors office visits. I did not feel rushed. Excellent service even though I was kind of sceptical at first trying the online app service.

This is certainly a very easy and quick way to get a 2nd Opinion without waiting months on end. It is a seamless process and almost no effort on the end users part to facilitate the process of medical record collection, appointments etc.

This second medical consultation is a huge benefit for my medical care. The process is seamless, the nurse setting up the consultation was knowledgeable and helpful and the doctor provided excellent information and medical options absolutely specific to my issue. I would definitely use this excellent service again!

App is a starting point, a communication, and a wrap up point. Simple and complete and to end.

App complements the coordination with care team. Care team is the one that does the heavy lifting and apps works very well alongside care team to keep schedule, docs etc organized.

Couldn’t activate my account, as none of the buttons in the activation form worked. From what I’ve seen, 2ndMD is basically a barely functional mobile web page.
