How to fix Lex app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Lex app on iPhone
Update Lex app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Lex iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Lex on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Lex network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Lex Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Lex not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Lex App
1. On android, goto Settings » Lex » click [Force Stop]

Update Lex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Lex App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Lex » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Lex.

Fix Lex unable to contact server/ Lex internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Lex » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Lex » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
