I've installed AZers app 10 times it installs improperly the main page is all jumbled words on top of words making login buttons for current employees or former inoperable

How to fix AutoZoners app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AutoZoners app on iPhone
Update AutoZoners app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AutoZoners iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AutoZoners on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AutoZoners network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AutoZoners Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AutoZoners not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AutoZoners App
1. On android, goto Settings » AutoZoners » click [Force Stop]

Update AutoZoners to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AutoZoners App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AutoZoners » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AutoZoners.

Fix AutoZoners unable to contact server/ AutoZoners internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AutoZoners » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AutoZoners » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AutoZoners
