Apple we downloaded this wallet in good faith. Fantom never said they wouldn’t give updates and that you have to go outside the wallet to retrieve funds. Make them update their app. This is just lazy.

I ended up making 5 wallets because at the time once you staked you couldn’t add more on so had to make new wallet. Somehow on the 5th wallet I didn’t write my restore phrase down. I have no way to restore the wallet, I can only transfer out with the send receive function IF I COULD SEE MY BALANCE! I can’t but Fantom block explorer shows it sitting.

Unfortunately you can’t download a new key store from within the wallet either. If you stake you risk trapping your funds if you lose a way to restore. Please fix.

I see reviews on here from a year ago. Complaining about the wallets basic functions. Theres no responses from the company. Insane!
Get it together guys. We like this crypto. But there are way better wallet technologies out there. You need to be more user friendly to attract more people. Hire a team to just test apps friction and appearance. So many loose ends here. Mint some $fmint and airdrop it to you're product development team. Give me there address i’ll chip in for the cause.

FantomWallet needs some serious work as well as the web desktop application. If I had the option to rate negative stars I would. I am losing money because the developers are not putting the effort to fix these type of bugs in their apps. Unsat.

Hello Fantom Foundation,

I downloaded this mobile wallet to safety secure my investments of the FTM ICO tokens and tried to deposit it to the mobile wallet recipient address and did not receive them. I have evidence proof information from ’Etherscan’ with the transaction hash.

5 days have passed after I transferred ftm from kucoin to my fantom wallet and I have yet to see it show up in my fantom wallet even after transactions is shown success pls help me find my coins

I transferred my coins from my wallet to the Fantom wallet and haven’t received my coins and it’s been a week already. I have the transaction hash and everything but still no coins.

I have had my FTM staked for 6 months. Went to unstake. Waited the 7 days. Now on day 9 and it’s just gone. I can’t find them. Please help.

How to claim rewards ? When I unstake Fantom tokens it’s taking away my earned rewards ? How to claim it ?

This is a great app. At first I couldn’t find my tokens after moving them from an exchange to my wallet. The wallet only sees Fantom Opera coins so convert them first. If you can’t see your coins they are on the ethereum Network and once you convert them they’ll pop up in your wallet. It’s a quick fix. Took me less than 20 minutes and now I’m staking my coins from my phone :)
