I am extremely disappointed with TheBlackWallet. I am totally blind and utilize Voiceover which is apple’s built in screen reader for the blind. I am a black consumer and want to support black owned businesses. The buttons are not labeled therefore Voiceover is unable to read them. I was quite enthusiastic about TheBlackWallet, however it needs to be accessible with the Voiceover screen reader. There are many of us who would happily use TheBlackWallet if it were accessible to the blind.
I want to like TheBlackWallet SO bad. But the interface is confusing, unattractive, and unappealing. Please consider making adjustments to how you use TheBlackWallet and the aesthetics.
So easy to navigate, so many options, such a great app. Candles I ordered arrived with a week from one of the shops. Can’t wait to use this for all kinds of gifts (for others and myself)!
