- Notifications do not work

Why does my app continue to tell me the gps for this vehicle is unavailable when it’s time for pick up and drop off
Once second parent downloaded the app, I stopped receiving notifications that the bus was arriving. Please advise on how to correct the issue.
Old notification messages will not delete. Claims server error. App is up to date. Also I am not receiving any new update messages. (Notification of bus location is working but the messages edulog sends out about am and pm changes is not)
No matter how many times I reset/Un install and install again it keeps saying "cannot connect to server"
Andriod app doesn't work. "Cannot connect to server"
It says: Cannot connect to server
I be changing my password then log back in.It never works matter how many times I reset the password.
