5 Most reported problems 😔💔
I am continuously getting a server connection issue. I have followed all the steps located here for that problem: reset my network settings, turned off my VPN, deleted the app, updated to the latest iOS, reinstalled the app…nothing works. Please help as soon as possible.
I’ve never had problems with the app until last week. It automatically logs me out and I’m not getting any notifications.

This app needs some MAJOR updating! It is never accurate and it’s way off! Stays at the same location for over an hour and barely even updates the location. I would rate it a 0 if possible.
Really bad app... doesn’t track in real time.

I don’t know why the Virginia Beach Public School system would even use such a horrible software. It tells me practically when the bus is here while it’s literally pulling up to the stop. What good is that?? Bad software. I’m surprised because the technology is out there to offer much better!

It stays in place for about 10-25 and it’s annoying. I keep pressing the vehicle info to see if it moves but nothing works. I repeatedly exit the app to see if it does anything as well and it really doesn't.
Not surprised Framingham blessed every parent with a bus app that doesn’t work, yay yay.
