I am not able to figure out how to enable notifications from hdwificampro app to android (version 14) device. When I open up the app's settings and tap notifications, the Allow Notifications toggle is greyed out. Can you help please?
My hdwificampro doesn’t come up except i plug it to power. I charged it for 4 hrs before i use. After that when i unplug it it doesn’t come up. If i plug it back to power it does come up

Hi, everything is fine with the camera, connecting, video recording, just will not take photo's. I can connect another make of minicam to my phone (different app) no problems taking photo's. Also does not work on my tablet either. Hope you can help. Mick Brown.

I purchased a mini battery ip camera and was directed to download HDWificam Pro through the QR code but it refused to connect to play store.
My problem is that while viewing cam feed it freezes after less than a minute. App then shows that it is reconnecting but it does not. If I force stop the app and reopen it, it will connect video feed, but then does the same thing. I have tried the app on my pie phone, a nougat phone, and a KitKat tablet, all with the same results. However I used the app with BlueStacks 5 on a windows 7 PC and it worked perfectly. The camera is great for the price. I was hoping to run the camera with IPCamViewerPro, which is what I use for my other cameras. Is there any way I can do that?
