I kept re-installing app and charging, keeps giving me an offline no matter what I do .. it’s a trash !

Received the camera and it didn’t even work. It actually looks fake. Ordered it on Walmart but came from a third party. Don’t trust it.

Can’t get it to work keeps saying invalid Id!!!! No one to call or to help! Can’t ent get it to scan because it keeps saying wrong Id. Don’t waste your money!!!

Worst $34 plus tax I have ever spent. I buy a lot of thingsEspecially electronics and this came with the worst instructions and downloads possible I do not recommend anyone to purchase this

I bought the camera to weeks ago, until now it connected to my device

Camera doesn’t connect all the time. Audio never works and the video when it does connect is very jerky and not good video. I use to have a much cheaper camera that worked way better.

I used to love the alarm setting but ever since about a week ago the alarm doesn’t work anymore. I no longer get notifications if someone has walked past the device or anything. Please fix!

Invalid user when I connect my cam it goes through on WiFi part but the cam says invalid user or ????? I’ve reset it and nothing

Just got this device and it won’t connect to my phone or the WiFi. Keeps saying it’s offline, device has been charging all morning and it still has not connected, such a disappointment.....

This product does not work, the instructions are in a completely different language, I’m unable to set up the device, HDWiFiCamPro does not provide any guidance on how to troubleshoot. All in all this product was the worst investment of my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY $$$.

The video worked briefly with my iPhone, but the camera never demonstrated any ability to actually use motion detection to start a recording. I hit the “mode” button on the camera and it has not worked since. Complete junk. Going straight to the trash.

I’ve been trying to contact someone about how to retrieve video that it’s been recorded onto HDWiFiCamPro , the camera has no Sim card so I hope it is not on the camera itself however I don’t know how to get it from either device onto my hard drive or phone etc. If you’re not using HDWiFiCamPro you cannot record so you cannot set it to record and put the phone down, is not good for darker either

I can’t figure out how to turn it on.. I can’t find a power button. please help.

It’s not connecting to the camera

it is very complicated to connect and configure it. You don't have support help, the instructions are ilegible.

I pressed HDWiFiCamPro support button and it do a bunch of messages to my calendar and now it keeps reminding that I have a virus on my iPhone

For $14 the camera I got works just fine. Yes the instructions are small but HDWiFiCamPro does everything for you. No issues at all and I have an iPhone. Very easy setup.

If you can get past the grammar mistakes as you find in any Chinese documents/apps, you’ll find HDWiFiCamPro works great for the cameras that it was designed for. I have 2 different models and they both work great. It’s really pretty amazing how many features are built into HDWiFiCamPro for such inexpensive cameras. These cams are $15 each and have been working for a couple years now. HDWiFiCamPro definitely compliments the hardware. I’m very happy for such a versatile system for such a great price. Crazy the markup US vendors put on these little cams. I’m in the wrong business, I need to go into selling security cams!

I’m thinking I need more cameras? I don’t know so far HDWiFiCamPro will let me format my sd card but won’t show my videos on it. It will however show me photos it takes. When I look for videos it appears to be empty 😢. Not easily explanatory, I keep going in and trying things that’s the only way I can see what’s what. Only app on the market to running late this usb camera I bought so if I can find more cameras to use w HDWiFiCamPro great! Or else I will have to sell usb camera and start all over.. not fun!

Mine will not work either. The instructions are so tiny you can’t even read it with a magnifying glass and glasses on. How can I get help.....?.....?......?.......?....?

WiFi keeps dropping n I can’t connect after

Constantly fails and restarts. Makes cameras useless. Bad app = bad experience.

I own several cams and HDWiFiCamPro is the only app with which I have continuous problems. Add new cam by WiFi doesn’t connect to WiFi after selecting SSID and entering password. Just says “offline” and I’ve waited for over 5 minutes after “connecting to it.” Add online camera after connecting to cameras SSID before opening app and same thing: open WiFi settings, choose WiFi network, camera reboots then says “offline” again. Can’t change settings when cameras offline and can’t delete cam either. So delete app and re download app and reset camera just to do the same baloney all over again. Followed Instructions in the manual to the tee many times. Very disappointed i still can’t connect.

I don’t understand it. It has its own unsecured Wi-Fi and won’t connect to routers. Can’t use router WiFi on my phone if it’s connected to the camera. There’s no way to use any options like the motion detection. Can’t use camera on phone if not sitting right next to it because it has to connect to WiFi next to the phone. Horrible waste of money and the minutes on the clock aren’t right. HDWiFiCamPro doesn’t explain anything, the manual only says how to connect to HDWiFiCamPro . It’s completely useless

I’ve used another app for similar applications that is far superior to this one. There are so many things wrong with HDWiFiCamPro that I don’t know where to start. First, you can’t use special characters for your wi-fi pw, second it seems like you can’t fix the time, third they removed the ability to record the videos and I don’t see where you have an option to download the file. I’m sure I can go on and on. The developer needs to catch up to today’s needs!

I bought a clock radio with a nanny cam in it for home security. The manual that came with it had directions to use a different app but had a pen scratch it out and had HDWiFiCamPro handwritten underneath it. I searched for the scratched out app because all of the instructions are for that app, but it is no longer in HDWiFiCamPro store. HDWiFiCamPro works but there are multiple misspelled words, really bad English grammar, Chinese responses to commands, no help file or working support link, and no definitions for HDWiFiCamPro icons.

HDWiFiCamPro has worked decent since I have started using it, however, I now notice that after the most recent update, push notifications for HDWiFiCamPro in iOS ARE NOT WORKING. This is huge because this is typically one of the main features and reasons that someone buys these cameras for. I have ALL push notifications in settings for HDWiFiCamPro set to “on” as well. It no longer works on either iOS device that I have tested. I have also confirmed that motion detection on the device is working as it still populates timed motion snapshots, alerts just are not sent for these. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

App works great. There are a few little misspellings in HDWiFiCamPro , but that doesn’t affect the operation of HDWiFiCamPro or the quality of the camera. If you’ve used one of these apps you’ve basically used them all, so setup was very straightforward and simple.

Cheap rubbish

This App and the camera are nothing but a scheme. Very little instructions (only on HOW to ocnnect, no troubleshooting, no explanations of the controls (that mean anything) on the camera. This is a rip off if you ask me. Should be investigated by the FTC and any other agency to see if they are doing something nefarious. DON'T BUY this camera, certainly don't use the APP.

I had the camera on charging for one whole night I hooked it up the next day at work for maybe about 20 minutes when I noticed that it wasn’t video streaming anymore I plugged it in to charge it again now when I hit the wrong button it doesn’t stay on

Rubbish. On the one chance in one hundred it connects to wifi it turns itself off. Now just refuses too at all. Setup instructions are very unclear and impossible to see without a microscope. Biggest waste of $50AUD ever.

This thing has not worked from the time I purchased just rubbish

when i use off the wifi I get invalid ID, how do I solve this

Same here been trying to connect 4 days now… nothing it’s so frustrating.
