I downloaded this app because of the good reviews, but the moment I tried to connect to VPN, it didn’t work at all. They asked me to sign up for a subscription, so I tried the one week trial and after I realized it didn’t work, I tried to renew my subscription on the app. It never seemed to work, so I emailed the company after the first day and they never responded to me. I tried multiple other times to see if the app would work, but it was never able to connect. Now I have a charge on my apple account and I reached out to the company once again and they still won’t give me my refund back. Do not trust this company!!

I used this VPN for a couple weeks and it worked fine, until recently it hasn’t worked at all! I was trying to watch something on Netflix using the Japan server but it didn’t work at all, it did not change the Netflix nor did it allow me to watch most of the library I usually have access to, after days of doing everything they said to do, it still didn’t work, and when i tried to write feedback, it would never send. TL;DR: Used to work great, now doesn’t even work.
