Won't Help Me

I sent an email, which was hard to do because there's no easy way to get in contact with this brand, about troubleshooting their Elf earbuds after the left one stopped working and they haven't sent anything back to help. This app was made way after I bought the earbuds, and it may have helped, but I have no idea without help from a technician or someone.
App not working

Recent update and the app isn’t allowing my elf headphones to connect to my phone. Keep getting the internal server error. Can’t report the issue since the app is free and not a purchased item and app support takes me to their site where there is no option to report an issue or contact them. Uninstalling the app and redownloading didn’t help either.
Terrible driver and app

The sound driver will not download and install on my pc which operates on windows 10. The app has broken buttons. You cannot use the Contact us button, the About us button, Help or any Orders button.
So basically, no tech support and no sound driver for a better sound quality.
