My first grade students use Vooks from the Clever app. They try to get out of books and receive an Error message with a retry button. But every time they retry it just goes back to the error message. I don't know what they are tapping to get out of the book and cause them to receive the error message, but once they have it, I can't log them back in, even if I redo their Clever QR code and start them over, they continue to receive the error message.
The book I previewed, after I subscribed, won’t stop playing. I’ve tried everything. It just keeps playing in the background.
