Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever WellRec app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix WellRec app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WellRec app on iPhone
Update WellRec app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WellRec iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WellRec on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WellRec network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

WellRec Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WellRec not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent WellRec app issues:

Force Stop the WellRec App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click WellRec app. » click "Force Stop".

Update WellRec to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WellRec App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "WellRec app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch WellRec.

Fix WellRec unable to contact server/ WellRec internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click WellRec » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got WellRec » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WellRec on android.
