I made a purchase that had like 4 or 5 free items following it. I did not receive the 780 dice that was reflected I should receive. Then an error popped up that said gift code no longer available. This has been happening all day. I've logged in & out etc.

made a purchase for more dice came up with purchase failed try again so I tried the second time bearing bearing in mind that I thought the first purchase didn't come out of my bank but it did so now I've paid twice and low and behold it stated purchase failed so ive been had off

Updated game as usual when promoted to and was then unable to load game through fb had to use Apple ID and lost everything! I was in village 160 with 20k rolls left and a lot of card sets complete !!!

Hello, I lost my game account. Today there was an update, the game did not want to turn on, then when I clicked to log in to my account via Facebook as usual, instead of my account with all the achievements I had achieved, it reset the game and told me to go back to the beginning. Please fix this, I would like my account and everything I had on it back because it takes a lot of time, money and patience, so please give me back my account

Piggy go clash of coins I hit my app to play my piggy go (I was soooo far) when it came up, it gave me the option to log in with apple or Facebook, I hit apple…. I was always signed in through Facebook! After hitting sign with apple, it made me start all over🙁 I lost everything!!! Help!!!
