At first it doesn't seem that bad compared to other delivery apps, since Uber eats or door dash doesn't always have gate access. The problem comes from the lack of a full menu, terrible support, and no way to cancel the order. My order came out to 33$, which was initially 26$, but I was hungry, so I didn't mind too much. My anger came from when I was charged 46$ for no reason, the order itself says 33$ and it doesn't show the receipt detailing the cost of the items anywhere, so it makes no sense to be charged 46$. When I tried to cancel the order, I couldn't find how to cancel it anywhere. I even looked it up. When I tried to contact support about it all it does is "submit a comment" which does NOTHING! Maybe I was just too dumb to find how to cancel, but why make it that hard?? Ontop of that, a order which said it would take 90 minutes, (which is already ridiculously long for the distance and the amount of food) it took 3 HOURS to get here. Ridiculous! Would not recommend to anyone!
