Stop asking

Please stop asking me to grant you apple health permissions. I said no. About thirty times now. It is really turning me off of the app. It happens after every activity. The answer was no, the answer is no, the answer will continue to be no. I just want nice music and meditations, not in depth tracking.
Worth a try

Lots of different wellness adjuncts: yoga, mindfulness classes, a meditation timer, guided meditations. It’s like a combination of a yoga/stretching app, insight timer meditation app, and some live talks. I wish you could more easily filter the talks to find what you want. Does not have as many guided meditations as calm or insight timer. The standout foe this app is the live classes. If you can’t do those then you’re probably better off using a different app.
Diversity needed

I do enjoy the offerings however I wanted to reach out regarding the promotional quotes pictures at the end. For me, there is a lack of diversity and I see very little people of color and would appreciate if there was more inclusion for those of us who are not white. Being Mexican American, it’s important that my community see us included in the wellness community, even in these Wellnesscoach quotes.
