Can’t collect rewards, page and collect button are frozen. 🤔

I'm on puzzle 2001. And my game keeps crashing. Infuriating. I'm updated and don't understand. I'm losing out on a game I'm ranked number 5. Not happy.

The daily puzzle for 5/21/23 will never give our team the last 2 letters/envelopes to finish the game.Please rectify asap because our time is almost over. Thanks.

I have windows 11 and when I try to play it says it's making some improvements and enjoy playing on your mobile device.

Keeps saying purchase failed. Everything is up to date. Tried Uninstaller, reinstalling. Restarting. System update. Noone is getting g back to me about this and it's aggravating.

When I try to make an in-game purchase it says 'Purchase Error. There was an error in transaction while making purchase.' It's been about a week now. Purchases work fine in other games and the game itself is up to date.

I can't watch videos to get extra moves or trophies?

After finishing certain levels, the game needs to upgrade, but it cannot be done. The game stopped there and can never proceed again. I am playing the game with emulator on PC.

The watch button is never active on my iphone, is there a bug in the ios version?

App not working. Also isn’t working for our daughter. Tried closing out of it, restarting phone and no luck. Otherwise phone and internet work fine. Just game isn’t working

I can't get past the Fetching Content page. I get 0.0 of 40.8 MB loaded. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It lets me play the first puzzle before I login to Facebook to retrieve my account and that's when it freezes. All cache and cookies are cleared, I force stop, all the recommended actions by Zynga. Please fix this!

When i watch an advert to get extra moves i get a blank screen and i cannot go any further with the game so i have to close the app and then open it again and i lose my extra moves

The "watch" never lights up

I tried to make several purchases of magic chests w/spell and monetary upgrades, and every time I got an error. Nothing much was said other than there was an error in the transaction.

It crashed after I selected watch for more points, it was the card game upgrade that popped up and then would not let me exit, Everything went gray. Now my game will not load, This is day 2 of this. I turned off and restarted but no luck, I am playing this on my Kindle,

Cannot load puzzle ldp_00147. Hasn't worked for days.

The club is not loading on the Windows store app.

Harry Potter Puzzles and spells keeps stopping @ 4.6mb loaded when opening the app...won't fully open...have uninstalled and reinstalled several times....what else can be done?

I have been having the same issues as others. The past couple weeks I have tried on three different tablets and one phone. If the game loads, it will only load to 4.5 out of 11.3mb. I have also tried on my computer, when I load the game on my computer, I am able to go to the Club however, when I try to watch the video for Cups, I am unable to. Also, when I try to watch the videos for my Extra Gems, that is also not working for some reason. The game use to work appropriately on all my devices previously. I hope you are able to fix this otherwise, I will have to delete the Game. Thank you for your time!

I have tried for 3 days and the update from May 16, 2022 will not load onto my phone - just says Pending . . . .

It’s been 2 weeks and I can’t get passed first screen. It will load 4.4mb out of 11.6mb if I close the app and doubt again, it won’t download anything. I’ve uninstalled it 2 times now in the past 2 weeks. I have iOS 15.4.1 and no new update has come for the app.

Won’t load past first screen. Tried deleting app, followed all Zynga instructions and nothing has worked.
