They call at exactly 8am & if we do not answer they’ll keep blowing our phones until we answer. It can be over ten calls in a matter of minutes. They’ll also text us repeatedly over 6 showings in one day after I even told them my daughter was sick with the flu & we didn’t want anyone coming in & out of the house until 5 days later. We still kept getting calls even after calling them & telling them to put us on the - “Do not call list”. To show the house 3 times after I told them no & then again the following days. Our agent even told us to just ignore them.
My husband works the night shift oil/gas & they’ll still blow his phone up after he tells them he’s asleep. I had to block their number because I would be working and it would also constantly go off. I almost got fired from the phone going off multiple times a day. Now they just text & text.
There’s times they schedule at a certain time & they don’t show up until an hour later.

Comments aren’t required for cancellation or rescheduling. People shouldn’t be permitted to cancel within three hours of the scheduled showing unless there are extenuating circumstances, and Home Owners should be able to leave feedback on the people viewing. I’ve had people refuse to adhere to CDC guidelines and insist on wearing dirty shoes and no mask or gloves in my home, cancel 15 minutes before a showing, and block only fifteen minutes and stay for over two hours! Perhaps if modeled like Uber or VRBO where there is mutual feedback by both sides, folks would be more respectful of the hoops we have to go through when getting a home ready to sell. Example: I wouldn’t reschedule for someone if they cancelled on me twice already, etc.

Why does this app forget your login every time you try to use it? Still shows the notifications update on the app icon even if you have marked all updates as “read”. These type of issues have to get fixed if you’re serious about your app.
Functionally, this app can deliver the information that a homeowner needs to know, however you have to fight it all the way. It constantly times out, forcing you to login most times you use it. The responsiveness of the UI is poor, it’s laggy and uses non standard gestures. It has font sizing that is harder to read than it should be, all things that are entirely avoidable.
