How to fix Cougar app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cougar app on iPhone
Update Cougar app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cougar iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cougar on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cougar network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cougar Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cougar not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cougar App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cougar » click [Force Stop]

Update Cougar to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cougar App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cougar » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cougar.

Fix Cougar unable to contact server/ Cougar internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cougar » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cougar » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cougar
