I should have seen the meager 11 bad reviews and ran!!!! I signed up last Dec, 2019 thinking it would be a good way to increase reviews and reward our employees. From the time we started using it, reviews weren’t showing up on google, our employees weren’t getting credit on their dashboard. I contacted Jon Nerenberg who pushed me off to Isaac Sandoval (their customer care specialist- LAUGHABLE) and all I ever received was useless information, empty promises, and no result. I contacted them on 12 occasions, 3 cases, and $2000 later, I get emails 2 months after sending a question saying “case closed”. Now they billed me for a RENEWAL with no prior notice. I’ve already disputed on my Amex. If this Covid thing hadn’t hit and I wasnt sick all spring, I would have canceled last years as well.

We have used them for 1.5 years and ReviewBuzz has consistently had an issue where we have delete ReviewBuzz and redownload it every single time after sending a review. This happens with multiple people on multiple different iOS devices. We have reached out to them and they couldn’t care less. They got their money and ran.

Theres been countless times ive had a raving happy customer try to fill out a review for me and the link crashes or doesnt load.
So many customers that cannot give the feedback they want to about our company and the service that was provided.

Talked with customer service they said nothing, however wrong nothing on ReviewBuzz works except seeing old reviews. You can’t request to review you can’t except rewards ReviewBuzz needs a lot of work.

Doesnt ever want to load at all. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Cant even create an account either! Poorly made

Unfortunately it’s not processing the reviews we are receiving and has too many bugs. Please fix

**UPDATE** When I try and reset password and follow link, it says DENIED

Created account, can’t log in and has an error when I click FORGOT MY PASSWORD

I work for a company that uses this app. While ReviewBuzz does help get reviews it crashes after I send out one review every single. I’m able to send a single review request before I have to delete ReviewBuzz and download it again. I’ve tried it on multiple iOS devices with same issue.

ReviewBuzz would be great if it ever loaded. I can’t tell you how many times ReviewBuzz has an error or does not want to load.

Basically the idea behind ReviewBuzz is brilliant, I love it. But when it comes down to operating it glitches out, it doesn’t register reviews, it only occasionally works. Their customer support people tell you that it is working, that you are doing it wrong, that people aren’t clicking the link you sent. Well trust me, I’ve watched people do it and they do it exactly how they’re supposed to, yet the review still fails to register. I’m still using it in hopes that it improves but if it doesn’t soon then I’m moving on. Once again; great idea, just needs to work reliably.

Great App! Love being able to send my review requests through it. Provides a wonderful mobile solution for asking for reviews!
