Paid for the course and opted for the iLearntoboat upgrade but cannot connect to the server. I spoke with support at Kalkomey but they could not give me any eta for fixing the issue. I see that this issue has been going on since July, any word on when this will be fixed?

Course will not start. I press begin course and it goes to basically a blank page. The help button works (yes I submitted a ticket) but have not received a reply. I have logged out, started over, tried two different browsers, turned off ad blocker and nothing has worked.

I spent 3 hours completing the course and past all the levels and when I move on to take final exam it wants me to pay again but I already did and it wont unlock the print part to print out my license
