How to fix EarForge app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the EarForge app on iPhone
Update EarForge app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall EarForge iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix EarForge on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve EarForge network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

EarForge Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix EarForge not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the EarForge App
1. On android, goto Settings » EarForge » click [Force Stop]

Update EarForge to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear EarForge App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » EarForge » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart EarForge.

Fix EarForge unable to contact server/ EarForge internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click EarForge » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto EarForge » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch EarForge
