How to fix Tone app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tone app on iPhone
Update Tone app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tone iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tone on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tone Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tone not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tone App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tone » click [Force Stop]

Update Tone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tone.

Fix Tone unable to contact server/ Tone internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
