I cancelled DoNotPay in September 2022. I have been charged $36.00 September and December 2022. I want my refund. This is no way to do business.

I was interested in doing a budget and searched for an online way to create a Budget Spreadsheet. I came across DoNotPay and started to create a budget but all it did was access my bank account info that I input. Nowhere did I see that I would be charged for doing this. This morning I got a charge for $36 from my bank account. I didn't sign up for this and now I cannot contact DoNotPay. I live on Social Security and cannot afford to do this. This is madness. I want my money back. How do I get it back? THIS IS A SCAM Michael Nixon

Donotpay took $36 from my account and when I went to their website, I tried to use the services. They failed on most of the tasks by either showing “network issue” or 404 message. There is no phone number and I have received no response to support@redacted email I sent to them. I want my money back!

I Do not know who you are I never signed up for anything like this. It made my account overdrawn at my bank. I want this fixed. Whoever you are

I got on do not pay because I thought it was legit and would help me out, but in reality it took my $36 immediately and I would love to have my money back. Thank you!

You charged me, $36 & the same day yet later again charged $35!!!! Cannot get ahold of the customer service and I’m gonna sue the “DoNotPay” co if they don’t contact me, 909-991-2041

I just realized that I also have been getting recurring $3 charges monthly for downloading this app even though I haven’t even used any of their services. After noticing I have been charged multiple months in a row I went to the app trying to atleast take advantage of their services if I was paying for it this whole time. (Unknowingly & never consented to to paying) But even after being charged, any category I attempted to use to get help with, a message would pop up saying that I had to pay $36/year to use... although I believe $3/month adds up to that price..? What kind of scam is this?

I want to know how in the hell that I got hooked up with yall and want my account concelled and my money returned to me

After reading that the donotpay.com app could help me file for unemployment I was excited because I have been trying to file PUI for two weeks. They (donotpay) took my $36.00 and I didn't even get log-in information! When I try to log-in it get the page where they want me to pay again. So now my money is gone and I have to fight the anxiety of still getting nowhere with unemployment and not knowing if I have been taken for a ride for thirty-six dollars. WTHeck

I need my $36 back that was taken from my debit card today because it was not to come off my card. I was trying to cancel out Stars app and this happens. I need it back on my card or you will be hearing from my attorney.

Donotpay took $36 from my bank account without authorization!!! I was searching for a free trial of hbo max!! I never read anywhere that my account would be charged!!! I want my freaking $$$$ back!!!

I’m having second thoughts about this service considering the fact that I still can’t use the free trial card after they deducted 3 euros from my account. They are asking me to pay 36 euros at a go in order to use the the free trial card or wait till next month to begin using it and that’s a of Bs!!!

Their virtual card did not work, and then they have zero customer service to fix the issue.......

Yes to whom it may concern um not interested wit tis method due to tha fact money was taken wit no results first so um reaching out for a refund
