I’ve ordered from DHL more than once and every time I do it’s a great experience, customer service is really nice and helpful and the app helps out to show the current progress of the packages which is great, I would recommend this app.

Slowest. Shipping. App. Ever.
I think my title captures it all. This is the slowest loading and running shipping app. I have USPS, FedEx, and UPS apps as well and they are really fast and responsive. The DHL app...it’s probably just as fast to open a browser on your phone, log in, and copy/paste your DHL tracking number from your email by the time you actually get the app to take you to any screen providing useful information.
