Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MoCoInfo app issues:

Force Stop the MoCoInfo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MoCoInfo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MoCoInfo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MoCoInfo App Cache and Data:
