Cannot open the Lidl app. When I click on the Lidl logo it says 'Update Available' , when I click on it it says 'Safari cannot open this page because the address is invalid?' I've shut down countless times and getting really frustrated with the app and Lidl. How can I overcome it? Regards Gra

no longer works on my Galaxy S5 android phone and update says no longer compatable, so obviously Lidl doesnt want my trade anymore, how many more thousands of customers have this problem? Its not good for trade

I cannot activate my £20 voucher even though it doesn't expire until the 18th August. Been contacting customer support since 18th July and still not fixed. When I go shopping at lidl now, if the plus app doesn't work the shopping gets left at the till. If all customers with lidl plus app problems also left their shopping at the till, I guess the problem would be fixed overnight. Let's face it, we're not exactly short of supermarkets in this country. I could walk from my local lidl to any one of 5 other supermarket within 10 minutes.

Briefly saw I qualified for free bakery item, pressed on save coupon only to find it disappeared. On searching it claims to have been redeemed. Also my local shop in Hanwell experienced a power cut which meant my large shop was not put on the app, so I missed out on the spend £100 and get £2 coupon offer. This app is so frustrating, it takes time in the queues, which generally mean long waits to be served. It crashes frequently. Being promised something and not getting it feels worse than never having been offered it in the first place!
