v2.16 locked home owners out :(

The Viguide app is so much more usefull than Vicare for homeowners. But v2.16 locked me out for “account type verification”. please restore and allow app for homeowners too! In the end - IT IS WE WHO PAID THE MONEY for Viessmann products. We should be able to decide what additional componenets to install (like underfloor heating). In the country where I live there is not a reliable network of Viessmann representatives, and nearest is 3 hours away. I already have Vitodens 200-W and I want to add Viessmann heatpump + vitoair + 2 or 3 divicons for separate UFH loops + lots of Viessmann accesories to my house. And I want to be able to see how is my system doing. other household members are happy with Vicare but I require more in-depth system view. Please restore access for homeowners to Viguide app!

I keep getting kicked out when I'm trying to program the boiler with the app. I thought it was a one time thing. I am now on number three boiler.
