Mission Control app won’t show my rides after I saved them. I also can’t view past rides. App says I need an internet connection even when I’m connected to wifi
Mission Control records ride but will not process it just says info in 20 seconds but nothing happens
After ending a ride, it forever stays in “processing ride” and the info from the ride never appears.
We own two turbo Levos and since updating your app, both will not record our rides. Since 8/18/22, it just spins and says ‘processing ride’ endlessly. What can be done to correct this?
When ride is finished while having no Internet connection, then the data is later uploaded to the Specialized server, the energy consumption for the ride is lost (reported to be zero). Am I doing something wrong or can this be retrieved?
After a ride Mission Control does no longer auto upload to Strava and the ride then disappears from the the mission control app. I didn’t change have nothing in the App. What happened and how to fix it? 2021 Torbo Levo

Suddenly Mission Control is not uploading to Strave. Linked accounts had for some reason been switched off. I didn't do this. The Auto Upload switch was also off. I turned it on and it's still not uploading rides. Strava appears to be configured correctly. I removed the Mission Control connection from Strava thinking I could try reloading it but I don't see where that is. I need help here big time. Jerry Chicago Turbo Vado 4.0
After a ride Mission Control will no longer auto upload to Strava and the ride then disappears from the the mission control app. I have changed nothing in the App but I noticed you updated it recently. What happened?
My rides are not being recorded anymore - how do I fix that? When I click “ride” there is no longer a “start ride” option. Thanks, Mark Belles
Map on mission control now records rides with straight line from start to finish points. My ride map are either straight lines or rectangles.
Hi After rides, I can’t access any route maps. Screen just sits with ‘trying to get location’ on screen.
Same problem here with viewing rides ... When selecting any saved ride app never loads the ride and just displays "trying to get location". Was not an issue in the past.
Today the app home page looks different and I am no longer able to see the map of my rides when I open them. I can see the map in the icon in the list, now it just says " trying to get location" when I open it. I did set phone to always allow.
"Trying to get location" displays when I open the ride. The route shows in thumbnail on the ride list but not when the ride is selected for more details
Having the sam problem - Trying to get location. App update a backward step.
Started about two weeks ago. I have to try about 3 or 4 times before start ride connects. After ride it shows info and small ride map but when I try to look at it says trying to get location. My friend is having the same issue.
My 2022 Specialized Vado 4.0 suddenly will no longer pair with Mission Control. Started acting up on second half of ride and hasn't worked since. Both the phone and the bike display the same pairing code, but the pairing never completes. Using Android Galaxy S10 phone.
"Trying to get location" displays when you open the ride. The route shows in thumbnail on the ride list
Having the same, "trying to get location" as others in My Rides. PITA

Mission control will not show the ride map. It constantly shows “trying to get location” on the screen where it showed a map of my ride. This is true for the entire ride history even rides that have shown the route map in the past. It appears to be a problem with the last update I did on the app

After update came through I can no longer access my rides. I can see the map icon for each individual ride but when I click on it I can no longer see the map of my ride. The other stats seem to be there but no map of my route . This is a feature I use often when deciding where to ride. Please fix it.
