3d Scanner App Status

Always crash just click "finish" with the true depth scan

crashes over and over again just at the end of processing. Have plenty of free memory space, deleted old scans, restarted iPhone 13 pro, tried different versions of processing - fast low quality gets it done but not HD or Custom. No warning, just 2 seconds of lower lit screen as if going into power saving mode then poof crash gone. Have not deleted or reinstalled app I don’t want to loose my data.

When I was done, I had taken 30 or 40 pictures and I couldn't model the error photos did not upload by iPhone12

I have an Ipad, 9th Gen, Ios-16.3 . I installed 3D Scanner App and when running it I get an error message: "could not configure the TrueDepth camera". In the App settings the camera is set to "on". When I st OK and start the "red button", I get "Camera not running, Restart camera" . What is the issue ?

Dear developer. When I try to use the app in truedepth mode(front camera), after a few secs the display freezes. After that when I start recording the app quits. (iPhone14 pro 128GB - all fw is the latest)

The app cant conected with mac mini to upload and processing from fotos the 3d on desktop app.

App says 'initializing sensor' and then crashes (app closes). I made sure the drivers were up to date, turned off the power-management option which allows the computer to turn off the sensor for power management, and also restarted my computer 2 times.
