CrunchtimeTeamworx was working fine for a couple years, then all of a sudden it won’t allow me to sign on through CrunchtimeTeamworx . It keeps stating that there is an error and the only way I can view my schedule or drop shifts or pick up shifts is to log onto the website. I’ve tried deleting CrunchtimeTeamworx and re-downloading it, putting all my information in, changing my information, everything I could think to do. Everything is the same as on the webpage, but CrunchtimeTeamworx still refuses to let me log in. I’m frustrated because I purchased CrunchtimeTeamworx so it was paid for and now I can no longer use it. I tried to report a problem and it said I couldn’t because I don’t have it on my purchase history which makes no sense whatsoever, so I have no way to get any kind of customer support.

It's an okay app, but it is missing a lot of key features. For starters, to be able to export your schedule to a 3rd party calender would be very useful (especially if it auto updated changes). Also, the ability to change the first day of the week to match personal calenders would be nice. Finally, it would be a big help to add more notification settings, like a way to give an hour heads up to an upcoming job.

It gives me the information I need on my work schedule for the following week.
I don’t have to call in or go to my place of employment to get my schedule. I have it here in front of me.

I like it. Is good but it would be sooo much better if it had so much more options like days requests and more communication through here.

There are a few bugs in CrunchtimeTeamworx. For example you can’t set an “available” time, and sending messages doesn’t seem to work.

It would be great if CrunchtimeTeamworx could export the schedule into calendar apps, or offer a calendar subscription link.

Kinda crazy managers still can’t use CrunchtimeTeamworx to at least approve/view shift changes.

I deleted CrunchtimeTeamworx to restart it since it froze and won’t work at all, and it won’t even acknowledge that I’ve deleted CrunchtimeTeamworx so now I can’t even get re download it or access it online. I’ve been dealing with this for two days and still can’t access teamworx. This is ridiculous. Thousands of employees for our company depend on CrunchtimeTeamworx and it only works 50% of the time

I love it … it’s so convenient… so easy to access I love just being to do what ever it is I need on CrunchtimeTeamworx no problems

We can login to our account on google, safari, etc, but when we try on CrunchtimeTeamworx it says invalid to our credentials but the same credentials log us in on the internet browser, very inconvenient since CrunchtimeTeamworx has more features than the internet browser version that we can’t enjoy

It seems to be getting better but it use to crash a lot when I clicked on the notification to see what has changed.

I have deleted and reinstalled CrunchtimeTeamworx about 10 times now and try to log into my account but it sends a prompt to my screen that says “error: server is unreachable” i’ve been trying to get in for days now and i would like to know my schedule 😂

I enjoy the ambiance, the motivation, the enthusiasm and everyone looks out for one another.

Biggest issue is that you partial day availability is broken. App will not save/allow times for availability if you are only available for part of the day. It’s super frustrating.

For the most part CrunchtimeTeamworx is great. However when i great notifications CrunchtimeTeamworx crashes.

Overall CrunchtimeTeamworx does work and is helpful but I can’t seem to change my availability no matter what I do. CrunchtimeTeamworx is glitching for me in this regard.

Is terrible, what makes y’all think we wouldn’t want to see the total hours for our week and on top of that they only show when you go in not when you pose to clock. Please go back to the old one because the new one is as

We need to be able to see the entire schedule and also be able to shift swap this is very important when it comes to scheduling.

How do i creat an account i put my company name but everytime i presss creat an account it say url no available

You would get a full 5 stars if you had access to see who is working on your days off for 1. But the super useful tool/update, would be to allow “my work schedule” to communicate with my calendar and sync to it each week/as shifts are assigned/updated. And then it would at midnight update to say what exact hours you did work that day I.E. you are scheduled from 4P-11P but came in and actually worked 11a-4P, 5P-11P, it would then reflect actual hours worked as shown in app on phone/appleID synced devices calendar

I hate that my company switched over to CrunchtimeTeamworx, I really do. It’s so confusing and it doesn’t even work most of the time. Whenever I try to update my availability it always reverts to how it was before and it won’t let me change it so that I can only work a certain amount of hours a shift. The only options are “available all day” or “not available all day” and I can’t stand it.

I’m honestly considering quitting my job because I’m so annoyed.

I dig CrunchtimeTeamworx . It’s actually better than using the shortcut to the web version. I would love to request the ability to sync with iCal or google calendar. This would take it up to the “ideal” status for me.

App works well and does what it is supposed to do. It’s annoying (and human error-prone)to have to manually copy my schedule from Teamworx to my iPhone. Please add a syncing feature.

My company switched to this scheduling app recently and it is the worst. I have been trying to put in my availability but it will never update. I’ll click done after entering my hours and it’ll revert back to the default availability as soon as I click out. Horrible app!! I wish my company had stuck with HotSchedules 😭

I just put In the right login from what my job specified to me. And it just automatically crashed right in front of my face. So I tried again. Did the same thing. So this means CrunchtimeTeamworx is trash and no use to me when it comes to getting my schedule and what not.
