Horrible. Cant clear errors because i get a error when i enter that area even after the update. What is the use of MyDStvAfrica if it never works.

I downloaded MyDStvAfrica and have been trying to log in but it keeps saying “something went wrong, try again later” for over 3 days. Worst Dstv app so far.

What is this? Please update MyDStvAfrica , I did a transfer through the mobile app to a account number and before I could finish the transfer and get to MyDStvAfrica it has returned to the home view, and over 6 hours now my viewing hasn’t been restored and my money hasn’t been reversed

Terrible app, never works. And the annoying part is it actually used to work but not it always shows error so you basically can’t do anything

MyDStvAfrica it’s just a mess..you pay but can’t enjoy what you pay for. Don’t know why it’s taking forever to fix this. A big shame to DSTV.
I can not watch even a single show or movie with MyDStvAfrica. Fix this DSTv, this is exploitation

How can you upgrade an app without testing if it works or not? I can’t do anything on my app since I updated it last week. MyDStvAfrica keeps rolling and rolling and it’s exhausting.

Please resolve this issue so I can vote for my whitemoney.

I experience an horrific experience with MyDStvAfrica. I paid for the full package in the intention to get to the Sport events wherever the internet is available. Package available from MyDStvAfrica DSTV NOW have nothing with the one that I paid.

Just delete MyDStvAfrica so that we know there’s not app

For a month now since I updated my DStv app, I’m unable to login. You guys should do something about it. The worst part about this whole thing is even when you called the help center, they can’t provide you with any help really frustrating.

Why’s MyDStvAfrica so buggy though? This moment it’s network not working well, the other it’s my payment not successful.. you can’t make a successful login and it’s a huge stress each time I try to login.. y’all get a good app dev sirs. Please fix MyDStvAfrica, I haven't been able to know how many days left till my subscription ends and MyDStvAfrica keeps telling me that something went wrong and I should try again. For like a week now I've not been able to Access it and this is not cool at all. This is the worst upgrade ever!!

MyDStvAfrica is great in paying for subscriptions and it takes effect immediately.
Also a great way to clear all error messages.
