What is this? Please update MyDStv , I did a transfer through the mobile app to a account number and before I could finish the transfer and get to MyDStv it has returned to the home view, and over 6 hours now my viewing hasn’t been restored and my money hasn’t been reversed

Please fix MyDStv, I haven't been able to know how many days left till my subscription ends and MyDStv keeps telling me that something went wrong and I should try again. For like a week now I've not been able to Access it and this is not cool at all. This is the worst upgrade ever!!

Please fix your app because it’s not working!!! I can’t even log in to check my subscription details on MyDStv , it keeps saying something went wrong try few minutes later but it’s been days now and it’s still not working

Why’s MyDStv so buggy though? This moment it’s network not working well, the other it’s my payment not successful.. you can’t make a successful login and it’s a huge stress each time I try to login.. y’all get a good app dev sirs. Too much tariff yet no good services.. I wish I can give no star at all

For a month now since I updated my DStv app, I’m unable to login. You guys should do something about it. The worst part about this whole thing is even when you called the help center, they can’t provide you with any help really frustrating.

Do something about MyDStv For almost a month, I can’t log in to MyDStv … always they say an error occurred….
Just delete MyDStv so that we know there’s not app

I experience an horrific experience with MyDStv. I paid for the full package in the intention to get to the Sport events wherever the internet is available. Package available from MyDStv DSTV NOW have nothing with the one that I paid.

You guys better work on this stupid upgrade you did cause since I paid my dstv is still not showing

How can you upgrade an app without testing if it works or not? I can’t do anything on my app since I updated it last week. MyDStv keeps rolling and rolling and it’s exhausting.

Please resolve this issue so I can vote for my whitemoney.

MyDStv it’s just a mess..you pay but can’t enjoy what you pay for. Don’t know why it’s taking forever to fix this. A big shame to DSTV.

Terrible app, never works. And the annoying part is it actually used to work but not it always shows error so you basically can’t do anything

This update and previous one is not working on iPhone 7 Plus I can’t subscribe with MyDStv again since December do something about this 3 month is too much 😎🥸😞😒
