First of all it’s hilariously ludicrous that there is only an autopay option. This is stupid because if your payment method declines you then have to go to each charge and manually pay them one by one. My card got declined so I had to use the same card (the money was there) to manually pay each item. After paying a few of them my card started declining again because my bank flagged multiple small transactions to one place as fraud which they reasonable and rightfully should have done. Now I can’t pay the rest of the payment because their repayment system is illogical and honestly just dumb. This program is great for patients going through financial hardship like myself, but it needs some changes to prevent a hassle on both the patient and this app’s part. I shouldn’t have to tediously pay each payment manually and call my bank to unfreeze my card and this app should be able to receive the money I owe to them. It’s all fair but due to their poor repayment system both parties get screwed.

I applied for a new account and never got an email to be able to actually use Paytient.
Soooo not really sure about Paytient. I was hoping to have Paytient today for my doctor trip.

I love having the this app card but when it’s time to set up payments Paytient never works. I always have to try to chat with someone to get my payment schedule set up. Please fix this. It’s a huge inconvenience.

this app is very convenient when in between checks and you need to take care of your fur baby. we really appreciate the service. However, I just received an email that will no longer have this service so I’m really upset about that.

This idea is genius, it’s helped immensely . Id give 5000 stars if I could. So convenient and leaves me stress free because I suffer from a disease so the doctors appointments add up but this card has made me feel at ease I can make payments rather than have to do everything out pocket. Pure genius .

I have never been able to sleep better than knowing I have a way to protect my Pup in an emergency situation where I’m not doing well financially. Most people can relate. vet bill costs are through the roof…this has saved me a few times in the short time I have had it through my paw protect pet insurance. If you can’t afford to wait for reimbursements like most pet policies then I recommend getting this card through paw protect because it’s great!

This is great for budgeting your health care expenses, love the payment options available. There are no surprises! It’s interest free and it comes directly out of your paycheck automatically, no fuss of having to make a payment before a due date. I cannot say enough positive things about this service.

Paytient was extremely helpful! I hope it’s still in business for us to use. Because it helped my dog get his vaccines and get dewormed without interest… even though I’ve paid it all within a month. It’s still better than have to pay upfront when sometimes we are in dire need and don’t have the money to do it.

Great great service. Gives me so much peace of mind to know I have the money to cover just about any vet bill. So I’m extremely disappointed to learn that this app will no longer be available through my insurance provider.

This card has been a life saver on my finances and all no fees I don’t get late fees cuz I pay mine right out my bank but can make any payments as necessary for your budget. Thank you this app you been a life saver to me and my family

It’s been a lifesaver to have a this app card for my fur babies vet bills. Without it I doubt I could afford to keep my pet. Please consider allowing current account holders to keep our accounts despite breaking ties with our vet insurance (Embrace).

They are there when I need it to pay for larger expenses and I couldn’t imagine not having that safety net available. I can get the healthcare services my dogs need right then and make easy payments. Thank you, this app!

Love it! They helped me take care of a serious hard time with my dog and I was able to brake up into payments.
Paw Protect introduced me to this app but sadly out of nowhere they are now discontinuing their relationship and I very much would want to keep the service from this app.

My pets insurance plan is no longer offering this this app card after April 1st 2024. Which is a big bummer because my dog needs more surgeries after a traumatic incident; at expensive specialty vets and that card was super helpful. So great company. Sad I can’t continue business with them.

Helps me with dental bills that insurance doesn’t cover. Also I’m able to use it for physical therapy. It’s really helped with being able to pay these services over time instead of all at once. Paytient is user friendly and easy to set a payment schedule that works for me. Best of all no interest!

This program has been a god sent. My Yorkie was injured about a year ago and I didn’t know how I was gonna do to pay for her vet bills. Thankfully this app was an option for me. I have had the card for a year and used it for her chiropractor appointments and medication. I’m very disappointed hearing that the plan I’m on is no longer working with this app and effective 4-1-24 your program is no longer available.

This is hands down the BEST benefit I’ve ever had from a company. I feel empowered and financially protected to get care when I need it; not when I can save enough money. The best part is the veterinary piece. I have a 12 year old German Shepherd, and I travel a lot for work. His healthcare, and the boarding costs, would be impossible without this app. I don’t have to stress about whether or not he’s being taken care of, or if I can afford the work travel on top of it. So grateful for this app.

Paytient is amazing! I’ve always wanted to purchase insurance for my dogs, but worried I would not have the money to pay out-of-pocket in case of an emergency or they became I’ll while waiting for reimbursement. Purchasing pet insurance through Healthy Paws and provided the this app benefit, so I have $5,000 available at all times if something does happen, or even if I need it to cover vaccinations, exam fees, etc. The peace of mind this has given me makes it my most valuable financial asset. I have completed one transaction and they allow you to choose between 2-12 monthly installments to repay. It is so simple and incredibly beneficial.

This is an essential app for people living paycheck to paycheck, people like me who couldn’t afford much when it come to medical expenses, Paytient allowed me to pay a $500 veterinarian bill, I chose to pay weekly for 52, for $8 a week

I have been using Paytient for my standard out of pocket expenses but the value really stood out when I had an unexpected Emergency room visit that resulted in a huge expense. I was so grateful to have my this app card to pay my bill and I was able to use my app to break up my payments into affordable installments.

I got this app through insurance that I acquired and it is a wonderful thing to have. It’s been great in a emergency and in helping me achieve my deductible. This credit is a blessing for anyone who has to pay for care. Thank u this app for service.

I can not believe how amazing this app is! Now I don’t even have to think about taking my dog to the vet when she’s sick! They have payment plans for month interest free! Absolutely amazing!!

This is so helpful to not have to pay everything upfront! It makes it easy to think about going to the doctor when you don’t feel good instead of just pushing it off because you know you’re going to have to pay a big fee upfront.

I wish all employers offered this. I see a doctor on a weekly basic and my monthly out of pocket cost for medicines are ridiculous . If it wants for this app, I would not be able to afford my meds.

I have used this program and completely obsessed with it . Im finally able to knock out essential appointments and not pay all at once. Its so much better than paying 100% out of pocket, and setting up payment plans that are incredibly easy to pay back. Thanks for helping making life so much easier.
