DART Pass Delaware Reviews

Last year Dart switched from card payments to phone app payments. Between my husband and I we had previously purchased $68 in Dart fares for seniors. At the time of transfer to DARTPassDelaware it was not mentioned that the money on DARTPassDelaware had an expiration date of one year. Therefore it was shocking to me when I used DARTPassDelaware this week and was told I had no money. When I called Dart I was told the monies had expired. This she claimed was written on the ticket??? As a 71 year old,The bus drivers were always helpful in figuring out how to use DARTPassDelaware the few times I rode the bus. Therefore there was no time to read the small print on the ticket. Question? Where does the money go when it expires. Hopefully to some worthwhile charity. If not, why don’t you just let us old folks enjoy our trips on the bus and eliminate the expiration date.

Can’t register new account - website is terrible & bus schedule is inaccurate for Delaware Sussex County. Bus over an hour behind. Won’t accept email to register new account to pay bus fare- says email is invalid which is incorrect. Dart is a scam - won’t give cash back when paying on bus in Sussex Delaware & app won’t accept email to pay for bus which works everywhere else. Great concept - poor execution & unreliable.

I had an account through Facebook and it will not let me sign in. It kicked me out every time. This is crazy. I don’t want to spend another 60 since my other has not ran out yet. Please fix it! I will be without it

After this update , it kicked me out my account and my 30 day bus pass is gone and so is my account with it that I’ve been using. I tried to look for it using any of my possible emails that I have and none seems to show my bus pass. I’ve contacted the customer service and still no help. I keep getting oh there must be another email when I only have the 3 emails. Also I gave them my bank statement of the purchase and nothing. I have to get to work , I need my bus pass back.

Every time I go to purchase a ticket it tells me I can even tho I have money on every card and my data is on so Im confused on why I cant purchase a ticket

I’ve used a valid debit card with plenty of money on it as well as a valid credit card as a backup to see if there was problems with first card but the same error message popped up continuously on multiple days several times that I tried to purchase a pass. Very disappointed with DARTPassDelaware , I have to go into the store or to transit center just to get passes and it’s very inconveniencing. Please fix this problem.

So much for making things quick and easy. Why don’t you support applePay? I wouldn’t have to waste time inputting credit card info. I could just tap and be done. So stupid to roll out a mobile app that requires payment that doesn’t support applePay.

I bought the 7 day pass and it will not let me open it I really need to use it but I can’t and they won’t refund through DARTPassDelaware

Is telling me the my account expired now I can’t log in, no matter what and changing my password doesn’t work how can I fix this I need to go to work. This happened right after the new update

DARTPassDelaware is great, except for that lack

No longer saves CBC, but besides that, a very convenient way to buy tickets!

Having the access to electronic ticketing is extremely convenient and alleviate the demands in having the need for exact cash in hand to pay my fares.

This much better I had no space on my antique phone. I now have new phon , kids made me get. Now I get tickets on new phone, how cool is that , short steak

Friendly bus drivers very considerate and respectful and very helpful in all aspects and situations. CAP!

Septa in Philadelphia should take pointers. The fact I can buy a pass using Apple Pay or Google Pay and use my phone to scan the pass nice touch. Very well put together nice touch Delaware.

What a great way to make public transit great. I don’t have to worry about carrying cash on me or loosing my card, it is fabulous.

Taking the bus is so much easier than driving and parking.
