Do not download the new version

This new version rejects my credentials that work on web. Old Version was working but I deleted to before downloading new version. Now, this does not accept my pwd that works fine on web. In addition it keeps saying my device needs to be registered and will never come over out of loop.

I believe recently DCU IT has chat so many things that I don’t like. After 21 years with DCU for all my financial needs, I am switching for the first time. I don’t like to say but it has been a real pain for the past year to work with DCU for anything.

Too bad. Get your old mojo back and make your customer a priority




Had issues the first day but it’s fixed now!

When I first tried using DCUBanking it got stuck on the identity verification step, but it seems that whatever issues there were have now been worked out and it works fine now.

DCUBanking works as well as the old one did and I haven’t found any other issues since that first day.




quick balances does not stay selected

I love DCU. great bank. the mobile part works great except for everyday i need to reselect the quick balances and the accts i want to see. quite annoying. i hope they see this and fix. o do love and try to use the option but wind up logging into mobile acct and have to set it up again. plz fix. (i have dnloaded the current DCU app to be up to date).

It’s part of the process

The login failure is part of the initial setup. It says failed after password, but once phone is registered with a text message, it goes through.

Also you should set touchid and quick links before logging in by tapping the settings in upper right corner.

This is called poor documentation. An email on this process would have been helpful.




Terrible app for a terrible bank.

Like the clumsily written main banking web interface, this tiny version of it is just as bad. Connection errors with fully connected phones where every other app is fine, and bad UI for products that the user had no access to, scream massive internal issues at this clown show.

Pick another credit union, don’t waste your time with these amateurs when WAY better credit unions exist who are well acquainted with the 21st century.




Long password issue

I always use your mobile app everyday to check balances. Now stopped using it. Please fix your issue in mobile app to use long passwords. When i called customer care for this issue they said to reduce the password length. I am not going to compromise my security for this, so going to delete DCUBanking . Once you fix i will try use DCUBanking again.




What is wrong w this app?

Every few times I use DCUBanking my member ID is removed and I’ve got to re type it in along w my password. DCUBanking also forgets that I’ve got account balance notices setup and makes me reset that up again. The point of having an app is to make our lives easier. If I wanted to sign in every time I wanted to use DCU, I would just go to the site. Please tighten this up!




New version is worse

This is definitely not as good as the older app. The settings for Face ID and Quick Balance are not easy to find. Now the Face ID setting resets it’s self at least every day. So the process is open DCUBanking , find Face ID setting again, turn it on, then sign in and hope your password is remembered. I wish I had kept the older app on my phone.




Great for mobile banking

Offers virtually all the features of the desktop website. Smooth, loads fast, well designed, and easy to use.




Huge bug

There is a huge bug in DCUBanking when you are transferring money from either checking or savings between each account.

There is no confirmation after you perform the transfer and you are will need to press cancel to exit out of the transfer menu.

This version feels like a beta app and I do not trust my money from a bank that is messing around like this. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.




Works great!

I had no issue with logging in, setting my preferences, and accessing my account. It even gave me up to the second pending transactions. And it’s faster than the old app!




“I’m old! I don’t get things 😫”

App is totally fine. Login is identical to the old app. They added a few new features which is nice, you just have to remember your password.




Not too bad

The only problem I have is that it won’t let me enable quick balance . Which is not a big deal but definitely something I use a lot for my other accounts but I can’t get it to work on DCUBanking. It’s definitely annoying!




Works fine

Looks just like the old app with a few extra features. The login process worked fine.




Quick Balance Doesn’t work

Love DCUBanking but after recent update the quick balance doesn’t work and says no accounts registered. I cannot check via the quick balance widget or transfer money. Please update.
