I’ve had a very concerning experience using Faire as a wholesale platform and feel it’s important to share for other business owners considering it.
After placing legitimate orders that were initially accepted through the platform, I was later informed they were canceled. The explanations provided were inconsistent, and in some cases, suppliers were told I had canceled the orders myself—which was not true. This created confusion and damaged my ability to maintain relationships with those suppliers.
Since then, I’ve attempted to place additional orders, but they have been repeatedly denied without clear explanation. At the same time, my account remains active, my payment information is still on file, and I am still enrolled in their Insider access program.
Another major issue: Insider access is advertised to include phone support, but when I requested help to resolve these issues, I was told phone support is not available during the free trial period. That limitation is not clearly disclosed, despite the platform presenting Insider access as including that support.
Overall, the lack of transparency, inconsistent communication, order denials without explanation, and limited ability to resolve issues have made the platform unreliable for my business operations.
I would encourage other business owners to carefully consider the risks before relying on Faire as a primary sourcing or supplier platform.
