I am reporting a loss of points on my Redecor account. I was at 90k about and then there was a glitch and I was left with about 41k something. Please fix this. If I cannot get a resolution I will go to my bank card and dispute this whole event. I love the app but will not put up with shady events. You have a lot of unhappy customers. I have dealt with these kind of issues and the group started with a very dismissive attitude. By the time I was done sorting it out the result was very bad for the service. I have nothing but time and am very educated. I am good at dealing with this problem and then some. Thanks Judy Webb

I have used this account for 31/2 to 4 years and I am now in a beginner designer status with no materials to use. At least 5 times a day I have to turn my phone off then on in order to get Redecor to work. It’s getting old fast! I can play for about 10 minutes, leave then go back and page won’t go to the decorating. Just the little circle going around and round in middle of blank screen. After this month I’m not buying the monthly pass anymore. It’s a shame, it’s so much fun😭

I tried purchasing a pack which cost £8.99 then it didn’t appear to go through. I tried some smaller purchases instead which also didn’t go through so I gave up and quit decorating. I then check my back and 5 payments have been taken. One for £8.99, 2 for £1.79 and 2 for £3.79. I did not want all of these purchases and even if I did I still haven’t got any of the things I bought on the app (the gold etc) so the money was taken and I bought nothing. Please can you give me a refund asap.

The App is not working right when I buy something I'm suppose to get 5 uses it shows I do but then I go back a half hour later it says I have 0 uses. Not sure if your doing this on purpose or there's a glitch. Allot of my Items that I bought with cash or gold show 0 ZERO uses and I know I bought them. Every time I go to use something they always want me to buy with cash again and again when I should still have 3 uses left,we are not stupid and it's not right or fair. This really needs fixed and stop doing it

Received results for 3 challenges that I did not do. These 3 are not my designs nor did I see these challenges which look like older challenges. Where did these come from? They are a bedroom with a draped four poster bed; a bedroom facing the sea and a design with a chair by a window I think.

Hi I sent you a message this morning about the problems I’m having since I got that error message. I found more problems. As of yesterday before the error I had a little over $96,000. Please check my account. With me doing a few rooms today, i now have $10,230. To see what fabrics or tiles look good, you have to pay for 5 of them. You can imagine i had to open and pay for everything I looked at or used. It said to pay for next season, i did, then it told me i had 9 days left on this one. I didnt receive 5 of the level items. When i paid I got them and received a basket at level 3. Lastly (i hope) the last room I did was a room with balloons coming out of a closet. I did it and then got 3 more of the same room. I realized I dont have enough money to pay for items anyway until I build up some. Please let me know you received my messages. I appreciate it. Thank you. I got an error message yesterday and i couldn't fix it. I re-downloaded the app and i noticed I lost all the stuff i received from you yesterday. Also I lost ALL my inventory and so much more. It took away my all my scores. All the rooms I did recently were all gone before being voted on. I lost my name and was now player___. I changed it back to Playful1111. This game is awesome. I was having trouble clicking. Decor does not bring me back to the item I want. Nothing blinks.For textiles,I get fabrics. I turned off my iPad cause it usually resets back tip top shape. This time it took away 207,000 or more of my cash, 16,000 of my gold,as I had just ordered 9.99 worth of gold plus what I already had.I had just done a bathroom, and couldn’t change the flooring. I clicked floor and app went to mirror. You know, I spend slot of money on Redecor, I’m not complaining about that. But c’mon, this is flat out not working.. please restore my gold, and my cash. The game is fun and addictive but in the last month it’s gone downhill fast. The challenges have become less fun because the developers now give limited selections to use when designing a room, and often the available selections don’t work well together. The cost of items has also risen considerably, and the number of items you must purchase with gold have increased. One of my biggest complaints is now when using coins to “unlock” 3 new items, only 1-2 items are unlocked and the remaining are duplicates of something I already own and can buy with cash or gold. The problem here is when I’ve used my own (real) money to buy coins in order to “unlock” new items. Because of this I’ve stopped purchasing coins. Finally, there was a recent update which really messed things up. The developers claim to have fixed it with a subsequent update but I’ve noticed little change. The graphics are horrible and players now have to constantly scroll endlessly to find items to use. There’s an option to look only through owned items but numerous times now I’ve found an item I own (and have 1+ uses remaining) in the “all items” category but not the “owned category”. Because of all the recent issues, I’ve begun to lose interest in the game. I’m currently still playing but no longer using my own money other than for the monthly pass, which I’m not sure I’ll do again after this month. I really hope the developers make drastic improvements soon!

I don’t know what they did, but recently the ranking is all messed up and I think the developers want it this way. It’s awful. Instead of knowing definitively where you stand in a decorating event, the player has no idea if their current place is what is shown. In seasons past, a player knew that if it showed you were in 10th place, you were in 10th. Now if the game shows you are in 10th, for example, you may be in 10th, or 1st, or anywhere in between. You will only find out when the event is over. Rigged? Maybe. Dumb? Absolutely. Why they changed the system is beyond me. Even if the voting was rigged before the change, it still felt like it was honest. Why is it a problem? Nicer items are bought with gold, which is obtained by coming in 1-3. You are given the option to redesign the room before the event is over, if you feel you can design a better room. More than likely you would decline redesigning a room if you saw you were ranking 1-3. However now you have to guess. Am I really ranked what it shows? It’s dumb. No where else will you find a game, video or in reality, where the ranking you see reflected is not factual. The developers made a fun competitive game into a dishonest, yet fun game, which still is highly dependent on items bought with gold. To the developers: Fix the rating process, put it back to real time rankings. Otherwise see your Redecor game ranking fall in real time.

Used to be fun, but I’m done

I have been playing for over a year, but have decided to stop. If you like to just play around with designing, it is fun and addictive, but will cost you real money. Most items require gold, which is difficult to earn except the small amount they give you daily. You can’t buy the gold with the cash you earn, you have to spend real money ( which is ridiculous because very few items cost cash, so you end up with a pile of cash and no gold. I currently have over $1.4 million in cash in the game with nothing to do with it! Why can’t I buy gold with the cash??). And if you are playing it as a challenging game to compete against others, don’t bother. There is a glitch that allows players to cheat by not claiming their rewards until the beginning of the new season, allowing them to jump to the top of the leaderboard for the whole season. Players will start the season at level 40, while others who don’t cheat are at 0. It makes the entire point of the competition game irrelevant for the whole season. Redecor has been aware of the glitch for many months and has done nothing to fix it. On the plus side, you can save money because it doesn’t matter how much you spend, you won’t get on the leaderboard. So just design with the limited inventory you have and don’t spend anything because no matter how good your scores are, you won’t get on the leaderboard without cheating.
