Under the impression that I may have located ProsCons that would assist in documenting decisions, I decided to download and then upgrade to premium without first testing functionality (primarily given the modest cost of $0.99).

What an error in judgment. After adding a “decision” I am presented nothing but a blank unresponsive canvas. Sure, the “decision” is listed in the left column, but the there is no way to list pros/cons within the main canvas.

Save yourself the hassle, decide against downloading ProsCons. Especially considering its supposedly in it’s recently updated 4th software version, but obviously still plagued by alpha version bugs. Speaks poorly to the quality of the developers and their work.

ProsCons is garbage needs a update ASAP! Terrible if it takes 2 years with no updates then just delete ProsCons off the appstore

ProsCons would not stop hounding me for a review. Well, here it is.

Was excited about this ap but I haven’t had a chance to use it because the full screen ad won’t close. The x is too far in the corner and doesn’t react when I tap it (yes, after the timer has run out).

I haven’t finished 2 minutes on ProsCons and you are already asking me to rate and review ProsCons . Come on!!!

I understand the benefit of reviews to the developers of any app. But I can hardly make a move without the request to leave a review springing up back-to-back after each entry. I didn’t have ProsCons open long enough to form an opinion before I saw the review request 5 or 6 times. That was a real drain on user experience. It frustrated me enough to uninstall ProsCons without a fair assessment of it.

I like ProsCons . The ability to add pros and cons and assign totals is great. I don’t like that it doesn’t total the scores at the end. That would help. I don’t understand the sliding bar at the bottom. It’s useless. I thought at the end when I clicked on the smiley face or slide the bar it would reveal the decision but it didn’t. Also I paid $.99 to upgrade thinking it would have that feature and I didn’t notice a change in ProsCons . Waste of money.

I’ve only been using ProsCons for about 5 minutes and I already know it’s going to be helpful to me. HOWEVER, the font that was chosen is very obnoxious. It’s hard to read, and not having an option to change it is ProsCons ’s only downfall so far. Otherwise, it’s a great digital version of the classic pen and paper model!

Would be nice to have an update to allow you to switch the font, especially for the sharing PDF view. Would also prefer small banner ads on the bottom, rather than giant full screen ads.

But the ads…I almost paid the $0.99 just to turn them off long enough so I could get through a decision scenario but instead gave up. In the end I wasn’t even sure what it was able to do, but gave the developer the benefit of the doubt with a 4.0 rating.

Update: Upgraded to the premium account and now use ProsCons without the annoying interruptions - certainly worth the $0.99. Looking forward to future upgrades as well. Also worth noting the developer reached out to me which doesn’t happen every day with a $0.99 app. Thanks for ProsCons .

A beautiful, well-designed app that is well worth the purchase price. I also had a minor issue with Apple's sign-in, which the developer resolved within 1 hour.
