Desktop app on Win 11, mobile is Ipad on IOS 16.6, app upgrade purchased. Firewall in Win 11 opened for the apps. Also tried with fiewall and anti-virus OFF. 1 There is no exit button for the desktop application, so the background procersses have to be terminated in the Task Manager 2 The system occasionally works fine for about 10 minutes, then freezes / or the spinning wheel shows up, it seems the app is looking for something it can`t find, the desktop app says the ipad is connected 3 The desktop app says the ipad is connected, even when it is offline 4 It happens that some buttons work and some do not before the system freezes Once or twice it has helped to delete the backup folder Any suggestions?
Touch Portal wont open even with firewall disabled and running as administrator and also normaly
