Planta Status

When I take a picture of my plant and then try to add it, it only shows a small part of the upper left corner of the photo

Black screen and android. Still recive notifications howver i can see nothing on the app. I tried uninstalling and re-installing with no success.

Planta app will not open. Black screen. Using Android phone, have restarted phone, also forced stop on the app, neither worked to fix the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled app, now when I go to log in, I just get the spinning wheel saying "Please Wait".

Server problem

All of my data was lost with the update today. I am a premium member and have been keeping data for 3 months on about 50 plants. This is completely unacceptable.

My app deleted all the watering schedules! My one plant was looking a little rough so I checked the app and it says the next watering time isn't for 6 months... This is a swiss cheese plant which requires regular watering and the last I was prompted to water was 21 days ago now. If this isn't resolved I will be looking for another app. It's hard to trust a schedule when it randomly drops requirements.

Opened app and it had logged me out. When to login and got the wrong password message. The app is also saying my e-mail is not linked to an account. Help! I have so many plants saved on this app.

Planta signed me out of iPad. Tried to log in with email and password. Gave me “wrong password” message. Changed password. Tried to log in. Got message “sign in to current logged in user”.
